WRYNECKS

Following the presence of a WRYNECK in a private garden in Hitchin at the end of August, Darin Stanley discovered a juvenile at Batford on 1st September (that remained elusive in thick vegetation all day) and Darrell Bryant located another at Norton Green on 2nd, this bird reappearing on 4th-5th. OSPREY at Panshanger Park

This adult female OSPREY has been fishing daily for Rainbow Trout at Panshanger Park for a week now, generally arriving late morning and disappearing about 1.30pm.......
