Radwell Lake LITTLE EGRET roost numbers 22 birds

To add to the overall picture, a remarkable 22 Little Egrets arrived to roost at Radwell Lake today. The first arriving at 3.55 and the last two at 4.20. Most arrived singly, with the largest group being four. Nearly all called loudly on arriving, jostling for position low down in the trees.
